Your First Visit at Pine Ridge Dental
At Pine Ridge Dental, your first visit begins with a warm welcome from our friendly front office specialist. They will assist you with any necessary forms and answer any questions you may have. You will be escorted to the exam room after a brief wait in our comfortable and relaxing waiting area. Dr. Feller will conduct a thorough, comprehensive exam, develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs, and schedule your next appointment.
Our office is designed for your comfort, offering quality dental care in a renovated space. Watch your favorite TV show or movie while you wait, relax with head and neck massagers or a warm neck wrap, or enjoy a beverage. We have the dental patient resources you need — plus little extras.
Please bring the following information to your first visit:
- Completed new patient forms
- Any X-rays from a previous dentist if you have them (your previous dentist can forward them directly to our office)
- A valid form of ID
- A list of any current medications you’re taking
- A list of your current health concerns, issues and past surgeries
- Your dental insurance card (if applicable)
