Smile Membership at Pine Ridge Dental
Our Smile Membership is an exclusive savings plan that helps cover all your preventative and maintenance needs. This plan provides the foundation to elevate your smile and maintain proper function. Membership includes no deductibles, no claim forms, no denied coverage, no waiting periods, no yearly maximums, and no preauthorizations.
For our patients who don’t have or choose not to use insurance, we recommend our Smile Membership. We offer two plan options: our core membership and our elevated membership. Please see the details of each plan below and contact us to sign up!
*Membership is NOT insurance and is only valid at Pine Ridge Dental. Included dental cleaning types are for minimal to moderate gum inflammation. Gum disease or infection services will require a separate treatment plan. Membership must be paid in full to receive benefits and bonuses. Members can cancel at any time.
Core Membership
$79/year/person
Plan benefits include:

Elevated Membership
Single membership: $710/year/person, Family (2): $1,320/year, Family (3): $1,830/year, Family (4): $2,440/year, $500 each additional add from there
Plan benefits include all core membership benefits PLUS:
- All exams
- All X-rays
- Two cleanings per year
- All emergency exams
- Fluoride varnish
Elevated member bonuses also include a retainer, a night guard, a professional bleaching kit, as well as consults for dental implants, clear aligners, and a smile makeover. *Bonuses are one-time and depend on diagnosis.

When can I start using Smile Membership?
Your plan is active immediately upon signing up. There is a $50 reinstatement fee if the plan lapses.

How can I use my discount for treatment?
Simply schedule an appointment and inform us that you are a member. We’ll verify your membership to ensure you receive your discount. Your portion of the bill is due on the day of service.

Can I transfer the plan to another dentist?
Smile Membership is exclusive to Pine Ridge Dental, so you cannot use it at another dentist’s office.
